We understand you lead a busy schedule and we are here to help! Your dogs will be entertained, loved, and well cared for by us! By the time you pick up your dog, much of their rambunctious energy will have been spent, and they will be ready for a calm, relaxing evening with you.

About Our Doggie Daycare Facilities:

We take great pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable facility for your pet.

Two Dogs and a Cat boasts a 6,000 sq. ft. outdoor dog play area, and 3,000 sq. ft. indoors, one of the largest play areas in Overland Park, KS.  Our dog visitors enjoy a safe, healthy and fun atmosphere where they can participate in play groups, enjoy human interaction, and daily planned events.

At Two Dogs and a Cat, we know every dog is different, and our day-caretakers always take this into consideration during your dogs stay with us. We have different activities that are appropriate for every dog type, breed, and personality. Additionally, we offer comfortable rest areas for dogs that like to socialize or nap in a less active environment.

Dropping off your dog for daycare or boarding can be stressful on both your furry friend and pet parents. Our goal is to make your dog feel “at home” in our facility, and treat them as if they were our own.

Whether you’re looking for a place for your dog to stay while you are at work, planning a day trip with the family, or interested in socializing your dog on a regular basis, you can be confident that your dog’s visits to Two Dogs and a Cat will be happy, healthy, and comfortable.

Kitty Daycare

• Full Day: $25.00

Requirements:

To guarantee the health and well being of all our daycare and boarding visitors, we will conduct a short interview with you and your dog to ensure that our day care program can fully accommodate your dog’s day care needs. 

Vaccination Records

Canine Daycare and Boarding Requirements

• Rabies,
• Distemper,
• 6-month Bordetella,
• Bivalent Flu,
• Negative fecal test

Feline Daycare and Boarding Requirements

• Feline Rabies,
• FVRCP,
• Negative fecal test

Temperament / Behavior Testing

We require all dogs to be temperament tested prior to coming in for boarding.

As far as temperament testings, we will assess: 

• Food aggression
• Dog aggression
• People aggression
• Environmental adaptability

** Behaviors are rated as unsuitable, optimal response or approach with care/poor.

On the dog aggression category, we would assess as follows:

• 1 on 1 interaction with same size
• 1 on 1 interaction with larger size
• Group interaction

Overall daycare behavioral ratings: 

• Dominant
• Submissive
• Interactive
• Friendly/excited
• Fearful
• Reserved/aloof

** Dominant or submissive ratings can only enjoy group daycare if the pet is also friendly in demeanor.

Boarding and Daycare Business Hours

• Monday-Friday: 7am – 7pm
• Saturday: 8am – 6pm
• Sunday: 1pm – 4pm
